So it's a big week for Agonites.
Some are attempting to BQ or set massive PRs at the Lehigh Valley Health Network Marathon. While we question their giant bibs (really, why are the bibs so big?), We think this would be a nice race for many. Just don't get too carried away on the early elevation drops, keep your head in the game for the last 10K, hydrate and fuel well, and it should be a good race for all.
Those staying in the NYC area will have the NYRR team race to test out your speed. It's a 4M race in middle of fall marathon training. It's a good race to time trial to see where your training is. It's still open, so register today if you haven't already done so.
Good Luck and Great Race to ALL!
captn crunch didn't run the marathon! :(
